LPLI’s 75 indicators can be customized for specific groups or denominations by revising or adding indicators. It is also possible to add open-ended questions to gather additional feedback on a leader’s effectiveness or address context-specific issues. The ability to create customized inventories has allowed groups as diverse as the Salvation Army and the United Jewish Alliance of New York to use LPLI’s online 360° assessment process.
Groups interested in a customized version of LPLI should contact the Lewis Center at lpli@wesleyseminary.edu or (202) 664-5700. We will advise groups on the how to formulate new or revised indicators. A set-up fee will be charged based on the scope and nature of the desired changes.
