You may download a sample LPLI Personalized Leadership Profile (PDF) to get a sense of the types of indicators LPLI uses and how results are presented. The sample uses indicators from the Spiritual Authenticity area in the Competence category, which is common across all versions of LPLI. However, some versions may use indicators that are slightly different from those presented in this sample.
You may view your Personalized Leadership Profile online as soon as you and at least five observers complete the process. You may also download and print your feedback. A free guidebook is available for download (PDF) to aid in the use and interpretation of feedback and to set goals and develop action plans.
